A Simple Sedona Trip

SGD_6072To my wonderful readers,

Sorry for the short leave of absence these past couple days. Life’s been a bit busy preparing for school to start and checking off my summer bucket list to-do’s – one of those to-do’s being to take a trip to Sedona!

SGD_6021I’ve been once or twice to visit Slide Rock but never to just walk around and enjoy the scenery.

SGD_6041SGD_6277SGD_6092SGD_6062I know I look pretty derpy in this picture with that silly grin, but I just couldn’t even believe how tall that flower was! So crazy!

SGD_6056And so gorgeous, too.

On top of finding the most beautiful real flowers, I found the CUTEST fake flower painted on the side of the cutest little house in town! DSC_0075

So like any blogger, I had to have a picture in front of it.

I’ll be honest, I think Sedona is more of a weekend-getaway as opposed to a spontaneous day trip. I wish I had been able to stay up there a few days and relax by the pool with the view of the insanely gorgeous red rocks! Nonetheless, I enjoyed my day!

P.S. – Feel free to let me know of any fun places to take day-trips to in AZ! I love adventures!

  1. Bella and I were up there this past weekend for a getaway in Oak Creek Canyon. I’m so glad you enjoyed yourself. It is really beautiful up there 🙂
