Moving into Roosevelt Square

The past two weeks have been some of the craziest/ busiest of my life! I was prepping to move into my new apartment and for the first time, I had to set up the internet and electric without any help… I was lucky last year because┬ámy roommate did it for me.

This year though, I am happy to say I am moving in with two of my most favorite people in the world – the love of my life and my best friend.

I know, I know. Some of you might be thinking COMPLETE CHAOS, and who knows, maybe it’ll be a total disaster and life lesson – don’t move in with your friends. But for now, we’ve talked about everything there is to talk about, we’ve set guidelines, and truthfully, we respect each other and our privacy.

Living with these two people who I know I can go to for anything is very comforting and it has never felt more right. So, without further adieu, I present, OUR APARTMENT!

First, Spencer and I’s Room. I had a blast designing this puppy. It was hard for me because obviously, I’ve never shared a room with a boy! My room has always been colorful and girly, and Spencer’s so sweet he would let me do that if I wanted, but this is a new journey for us. With that, I wanted to have a new room – a gender neutral room!

P.S. – If you notice behind my bar cart there are some wires – I’m desperately seeking a clean fix. Spencer’s a very techy dude, so cords are big issue for us right now. Any suggestions for how to make it look nice would be greatly appreciated!
